This week is flying by so fast that I totally missed posting yesterday but it was worth it as I managed to get my June newsletter out. If you are not already on my mailing list and wish to receive my newsletter chock full of updated promotions, stampin’ info and projects please fill out the blue Sign Up Form in the right sidebar and follow the steps to complete your subscription.
I used an on-line name selector to draw 2 winners for orders received as part of my Open House on the weekend and the following names were drawn by the random name selector:
1. Shalene (winner of $20.00 in free Stampin’ Up! product)
2. Gwen (winner of $15.00 in free Stampin’ Up! product)
Thank you ladies for participating in the fun!
Now I can’t just leave you without sharing a fun little project with you.
This cute 2″ x 2″ card/ tag was one of the creations at my open house. The card stock is Pool Party and we stamped one image from Papaya Collage in Pool Party ink in the centre of the card and the bolder foliage image was stamped in the new In-Color Midnight Muse. Check out how bold the image is! I love the new firm foam ink pads. They are so juicy and give a vibrant strong image with your solid stamps.
We added a new wood Naturals Designer Button to the card which we added a bit of Early Espresso Bakers Twine to.
This is such a quick and easy project to make. It would be great as a gift tag but can also be used as an embellishment to a card front or even a scrapbook page.
