My blog sweet blog. I have not been on here in a long time. I had promised myself to slow down this year but I didn’t quite mean this much, and yet life has been so busy? How does that happen.
It seems each week we have at least one, if not two, evening therapist appointments for Chris. This winter has been very unkind to him with the cold and ice. We are looking forward to the warm weather and sunshine.
If you stay updated on the current Stampin’ Up! products and/ or have received the Occasions Catalogue from me you likely will have seen the Spiral Flower BigZ Die. I love creating spiral flowers and now I can make these in a snap!
Last month my stamp club members created this cute bookmark using Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock for the flowers and Very Vanilla for the bookmark. We used the background stamp En Francais using Gold Metallic ink for our background.
Now did you notice the scalloped top of the bookmark? That is one of the new tag punches! It punches the scallop and the hole/ slot all at once. All we had to do was tie our stretch Crisp Cantaloupe ribbon through the top and VOILA, a cute bookmark ready to use or give as a gift 🙂
