Simple Quatrefancy

I love this card.  It has such a clean look and yet it is bright and happy. The layout is simple so it is not difficult to figure out how to put this card together.

Tips & Tricks

  • Corners – your card can transform by the simple step of corner rounding your cards corners using the 3/16″ corner rounder punch.
  • Bannered Ends – there are two quick and easy ways to create a banner end in your paper.  You can use Paper Snips OR slide your paper into the punch on an angle so the corner of the square punch is centre on your strip of cardstock and the corners of your cardstock match evenly, the sides of the square punch. (I hope that made sense.  As a visual person myself I prefer seeing what a person is talking about)
  • Circle Punches – punch your stamped image using one circle punch and use a larger circle punch to punch another circle from the same colour cardstock and layer the two together using dimensionals.  This adds depth to  the project.

Stamp Sets – Morning Meadow – Hostess Set (129675-Wood or 129678-Clear)    Paper – Whisper White Cardstock (100730) Quatrefancy Designer Series Paper (130101)   Accessories – Brights Buttons (130028) note: I used the retired buttons for this card, White Baker’s Twine (124262) , Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Many Marvelous Markers (131264), 3/16″ corner rounder punch (119871),  1-3/8″ circle punch (119860), 1-3/4″ Circle Punch (119850), SNAIL Adhesive (104332)
