I hope everyone had a great weekend. My Saturday was blessed with my 6 sweet nieces and my sister in law over for crafts. We managed to squeeze in a fridge magnet (I’ll share with you tomorrow) but we were so busy with so other things that time just disappeared. Poor Cathy left with super hyper kids because someone, not mentioning names…. cough, cough…. Chris, bought donuts for them and almost all of them had two. Oh poor Cathy, thankfully they were going skating afterwards and could burn off some of that energy.
Since I haven’t had a chance to photograph our fridge magnet yet I am sharing a birthday card I made for another niece of mine last month (in case you are wondering, yes I have a lot of nieces and nephews – 25 total and please don’t ask me all of their names, I’m bound to forget a few)
The window sheet with black polka dots on this card is from the retired designer series paper pack Night and Day. I thought this would be a fun background for my cupcake. Rather than adding glitter to the entire top of my cupcake I stuck with adding Dazzling Details to the cherry. Have you used Dazzling Details yet? It is Glitter Glue that Stampin’ Up! has in the current Occasions Mini. The great thing is that it matches our colour line.
What a great way to add a pop of glitz and glam to a card. Just apply it like you would regular liquid glue and allow it time to dry.
Have you used the Dazzling Details yet? If so, I would love to hear what you think of this product!
