Northern Flurry… and December Challenge Winner

I have to admit I have not been very faithful in posting this month.  I’m sure most of us are busy planning and preparing for Christmas and time just seems to run away on us.

Before I share today’s card I wanted to share with you the winner from my Stamp Club challenge.  The winner was entrant #1.  Congratulations Debra!

Everyone did a fantastic job yet again. I love seeing all the great ideas you ladies come up with.

I realized as I was writing this post that several Christmas cards I made are already in the mail but I forgot to photograph them.  Oh well, not much I can do about it now.

Today’s card was created using the Northern Flurry Embossing Folder and then sponged with Soft Sky ink.  I layered this onto Basic Black cardstock and then onto a Whisper White card base.  I tied a strip of 1/4″ Real Red Grosgrain ribbon around the card in a bow.  I stamped my sentiment from the set, Teeny Tiny Wishes in Jet Black Staz-On ink and added a couple Basic Rhinestones to add some sparkle.

Hope you like today’s card and have a fantastic Tuesday.
