Hello Sweet Baby!

My brother and his wife welcomed their 6th daughter almost two weeks ago.  How very precious!

I wanted to make them a sweet card to welcome their latest addition so I set to work using some products that I had just ordered in.

I ran the card base, Pretty in Pink, through the Big Shot using the Stripes Embossing Folder.  I then added a layer of So Saffron which I punched an edge using the Scalloped Trim Border Punch and tucked this behind a layer of the retired Nursery Suite Designer Series Paper.

I wrapped a beautiful strip of Pretty in Pink 5/8″ wide satin ribbon around the card front and tied in a big bow.

The little ducky image was stamped in Jet Black Staz-On ink onto Whisper White cardstock using the Easy Events stamp set.  I used Watercolour Pencil Crayons and Blender Pens to colour the image.

Next I ran my new Designer Embossing Frame through the Big Shot on So Saffron cardstock and hand cut the frame using Paper Snips. I added my stamped image to this and popped up on my cardfront using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally I stamped my sentiment in Jet Black Staz-On ink using the Teeny Tiny Wishes set on So Saffron Cardstock. I cut the cardstock with my Paper Snips into a banner shape and used my Bone Folder to curl the ends.  I finished the banner off by adding three small Basic Rhinestones and popping the banner up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This card is totally girly and I am sure they loved it.

Interested in ordering any of the current products used?  Send me a note and I will be happy to assist you.
