Friday Focus – Sweet Cupcake

You may have noticed lately that each Friday I am posting a “Friday Focus”. My goal is to share a specific product with you each Friday. Today the focus is on the Sweet Cupcake Bundle.  You may already be aware that with the end of this current Annual Stampin’ Catalogue, is also the end of the current bundles. That is not to say all the products themselves are retiring but rather the opportunity to order the products in a bundle and save 10% is coming to an end.  This means that time is running out to order the Sweet Cupcake stamp set and coordinating Cupcake Cutouts Framelit Dies as a bundle!

There are so many fantastic designs to be found on the internet and today I am sharing three of them with you!

First, let’s check out this gorgeous card designed by Wendy Cranford. It is a super fun shaker card! Wendy used the Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper (retiring and on sale) for the base and front layer.  Don’t you love her colour combination?  I can hear my husband now saying to me “you with your brown and pink together!”.  I guess that’s why I’m naturally drawn to this card 🙂 So if you haven’t already guessed Wendy stamped her cupcake bottom and top on scrap Whisper White cardstock and then used the Cupcake Cutout Framelits to cut them out and layer them together on top of her Window Sheet.

Next we have a sweet card created by Dena Albee.  Her colours are soft yet yummy.  She used my favourite blue cardstock, Pool Party! I’m so bad when designing projects because I’ll get a few done and then realize I have used Pool Party on nearly all of them!  If you look closely at Dena’s card, you’ll notice that not only is the card base Pool Party but she also created a Pool Party matte that the Fancy Frost Designer Series paper is attached to. It is subtle but adds the right amount of pop. I love how she combined the stamp set and the framelits to create her “Make A Wish” sentiment.

Finally we have a card created by Janneke De Jong who created a fun Matchbox.  She took the matchbox one step further in her design by cutting out a little contour at the end so you can easily pull it open.  She used a yummy combination of Mint Macaron and Soft Suede for this sweet treat!

These ladies have been great for allowing me to share their creations with you!  If you haven’t already purchased the Sweet Cupcake stamp set or the Cupcake Cutouts Framelits, time is running out to purchase it in a bundle with 10% savings!

Order this bundle through myself and you automatically earn one Loyalty Point for your purchase! (Canadian residents only)
