It has been quite a while since I have used Very Vanilla for a card and decided it was high time to pull out this card stock and put it to good use! Since I love the new thinlits card dies as they make my cardmaking super fast and easy I decided to use the Circle Thinlits for this card.
I really wanted to pair the deer and the tree from the hostess exclusive set Warmth & Wonder together and was happy when it worked out! (I was thinking the tree was a little off size to use with the deer at first) I kept the colour scheme simple by using the Winter Frost DSP and adding Chocolate Chip. And of course what is a card without a bit of texture! I used the needlepoint embossing folder to provide the finishing touch!
Supplies: Stamp Set – Warmth & Wonder Cardstock – Very Vanilla, Winter Frost Designer Series Paper Stack Inks – Pool Party, Chocolate Chip Accessories – Big Shot, Circle Thinlits Die, Needlepoint Embossing Folder, 2 1/2″ Circle Punch, Stampin’ Sponge, Stampin’ Dimensionals
