- Sponging – By sponging around the edges of your cardstock you can soften the look of a card lickety split!
- Ribbon Slide – Inserting ribbon through a ribbon slide and then holding the ends together can be tricky to make it look nice. Use brads to hold the ribbon in place and keep it looking tidy.
- Focal Point – on this card, the focal point is the small butterfly. Use a separate colour ink just for your focal image (especially when it is so small), then use an embellishment to surround it so it really stands out. On this card I used the retired beveled windowpanes.
