Christmas Mini Card Holder

Well it sure has been awhile since I have posted.  I was in a car accident in late August and have been home recovering. Let’s just say life has been a struggle. Now I don’t want you all thinking I have fallen off the face of the earth and forgotten about you all, so I am going to take a couple minutes a few times a week to share with you projects I have made that I didn’t get a chance to share with you yet.

As you may well know, we are almost halfway through the Holiday Catalogue and there are some super fun products available. I couldn’t wait to share with you the super fun Pizza Box! This box perfectly fits 3 x 3 cards, which also leads me to share that 3 x 3 envelopes are available in the Holiday Catalogue.  Now how awesome is that!

I have used A LOT of new products for todays creations and I have no doubt that you are going to fall in love with at least one of these items.

We have Merry Music Designer Series Specialty Paper (144623), and Merry Little Christmas Memories & More Card Pack (144638), Mini Tinsel Trim Combo Pack (144636), Mini Pizza Boxes (144645), Foil Snowflakes (144642) and 3 x 3 Whipser White Envelopes (145829).  Just a few new items, right?

Let me tell you, there were so many more items in the Holiday Catalogue on my wish list but I simply couldn’t get them all ….right away LOL

The Pizza Boxes are the perfect size to hold 3 x 3 cards, which means you can create the perfect little gift sets for your friends.  The pizza boxes comfortably fit 5 mini cards and envelopes and are great to alter and embellish for the right occasion.  By using the Merry Little Christmas Memories & More Card Pack, I was able to quickly and easily create and assemble these little beauties.

Friday Focus – Coffee Cafe Bundle

Well after battling the coding on my blog this morning to get my sidebar to come back into position, as I noticed it disappeared to the bottom post section of my page, I am finally ready to get down to business! (I just love HTML coding…. insert sarcasm) The only good thing about this, is that I learn new things, mostly by trial and error, but at least I’m learning ūüôā

Now we can get to the fun stuff – stamping!

This weeks Friday Focus featured product is the Coffee Cafe bundle. ¬†Yes, you may recall I posted a card I created yesterday, but when there are so many awesome ideas for projects to create using this bundle, it’s hard to not share more of them.

First up are these great projects by Laura Kant. ¬†She created a fun gift bag and matching greeting card. ¬†Seriously… oh my word, these are great. ¬†Did you notice how she also combined the Everyday Jars Framelits into her bag design. ¬†There are two elements on her card that I absolutely love: The first being the colouring of the coffee cup. ¬†Talk about great shading with some simple watercolouring. The second, the way she ruffled up the ribbon

Next we have this gem from Lisa Pretto! This woman is incredible and so positive. I follow her on Instagram and not only do I enjoy her fantastic projects but the positive notes she posts. ¬†She truly inspires me and reminds me why stamping and sharing my passion is such a blessing in my life. ¬†Don’t you just love those transparent cup tops? I can’t wait to design my cups with the tops in Vellum cardstock like Lisa has done. ¬†It makes them look all the more real! I can see blizzards, Iced Caps, Ice Lattes, etc created using this style cup.

Finally, we have this perfect packaging by Karen Robinson. She created this sweet mini treat bags from the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper and added some simple decoration using the Corrugated Elements, 3/8″ Classic Weave Ribbon and of course the Coffee Cafe Bundle for the label. ¬†Wouldn’t it be fun to create coffee bean treat bags like this for your coffee loving friends? Fill them with a new coffee bean flavour for them to try out?

Share some love and be sure to leave a comment here for the projects these women have made!  They all did an amazing job.

Have a great weekend and check back often for more great inspiration.
